Shared studio space available in PB for local artists/makers. Available starting in June. About 600 square feet with lots of natural light, vinyl floors, and a shared bathroom. Please provide a link to your work and social media. You will not be considered without this information. Let me know how often you plan to be at the space. I will send you pictures of the space if I feel you would be a good fit. Then we can set up a time for you to view the space before signing a month-to-month lease. Rent will depend on how often you intend to be at the space. 1-2 days a week >> $900 3-4 days a week >> $1200 5-7 days a week >> $1400 A little about me... I am a handmade jewelry artist, female, in my late 20s. I have a black lab that often comes to the studio with me so you must like dogs.
