Restoration Technician

ServiceMaster Advantage is a full service restoration company. Our restoration divisions specializes in mitigation services to residential and commercial insurance losses. The core emergency services include water mitigation, mold remediation, fire, deodorization, board up, and roof tarp. The project is later moved to construction team for further repairs. Technicians will be taught IICRC standards in tackling different projects, writing a proper job scope, preforming dry out, demo, identifying hazards, also working within insurance guidelines, and OSHA safety standards. Training will also include proper training in use of mitigation equipment and moisture reading devises, and the science behind bringing the building back to proper dry standard. Basic responsibilities include responding to new losses, assessing damage, writing scope, having proper paperwork completed, photo documenting job site and progress, placing drying equipment, demo of needed wet material, and daily monitor on the site, until job is complete. Additionally, we have a rotating on call schedule for after hour emergencies that is shared with all team members. Experience would be nice, but is not required. We are willing to train. Looking for a candidate with the right attitude, strong work ethic, customer service focused, dependable, and team-work mentality.
