Wanted: part-time human companion for Hank

Greetings Fort Bragg. Would you like an adorable, part-time companion? I am seeking someone who would like to spend time with Hank while I'm at work. My work schedule will be Monday-Thursday, 7-5:30. I will be moving from Eureka to Fort Bragg in June to start a 6-month position with the Forest Service as a Hydro Tech. Hank is an 8-pound, house-trained, neutered, four-year old, Chihuahua mix. (If you're interested I can share his Wisdom Panel.) I have had him since December 2020, when my employment and housing were different. He suffers from separation anxiety when left alone, so I would prefer to find someone for him to hang with instead of putting him in his crate while working. Hank is pretty chill around the house most of the time. Rarely (less than weekly), he gets the 'zoomies' and is quite fun to watch. I bathe him weekly, since he sleeps with me. He has been taught to respect 'no-couch rules' in one living situation. He is a great adventure dog and quickly captures people's hearts, even those who don't typically care for small dogs. He loves hikes (we've gone as far as 7 miles), walks on the beach, and playing with other dogs. Hank does well in the car; he looks out the window, lays on laps, and lays on the seat.
