MERIDEN, CT — Police arrested a man after an armed home invasion Sunday. Oneal Ward, 24, of 96 Franklin St. in Meriden, was charged with home invasion, conspiracy to commit home invasion, first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, three counts of theft of a firearm, three counts of criminal possession of a firearm, and possession of marijuana. He was held on $500,000 bond. Police said they responded to 202 W. Main St. on a report of an armed home invasion. They were given a description of the suspect and told that four guns were stolen in the incident. Following investigation, police said they raided Ward's Franklin Street home, seizing three guns and a quantity of marijuana.
