MERIDEN, CT — Police have arrested a Waterbury man on charges that he was involved in a shooting. The shooting occurred July 5 at the Meriden Inn at 1102 E. Main St. Stephen Kenyon Coney, 29, of 925 Oronoke Road Unit 25E, was charged with first-degree assault, criminal possession of a firearm, and carrying a pistol without a permit.
