JobSource is Looking for a Customer Service Rep in the city of Culver City. Job Duties: - Multi-Task answer calls, emails from customers, and logging in calls- 2-3 Years’ Experience - Perform Sorting and Filling duties- 3 Years’ Experience - Maintain customer files so they remain updated and easily accessible- 2-3 Years’ Experience - Investigate shortage or damage claims from customers/freight carriers- 2-3 Years’ Experience - Import/Export documentations- 3 Years’ Experience. - Warehouse Inventory Analysis/review- 2-3 Years’ Experience - Make outgoing calls and take phone messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues- 3 Years’ Experience Experience: - Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers, voicemail, and computer for word processing, and Excel spreadsheet creation etc. 3 Years’ Experience - Perform Data Entry Tasks- 3 Years’ Experience - Help organize office duties 3 Years’ Experience - Retrieve/Submit files or documents to other departments (e.g. Shipping or Order Processing) - Perform other office duties as needed Requirements: - Proficient in MS; outlook, excel, and word - Great communication skills - Fast typist - Very good Organization and multi-task skills - Experience in office setting - Bilingual in Spanish (Read, write, speak) - Customer service experience is a must- In a customer service department! Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
