We are currently seeking reliable and passionate people to fill both full-time and part-time janitorial positions. The Janitor performs any combination of cleaning duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of our clients’ properties. RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Gather and empty trash. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Dust furniture, walls, window ledges Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Other duties as needed EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of experience in housekeeping/janitorial. Medium to heavy work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs., with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 20 lbs.
