No experience is necessary, we will train the right people. Ideal candidates are hardworking, positive, motivated, and able to fulfill daily duties. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be in good physical condition, be comfortable working in small crawl spaces, and be able to work up to 12-hour work shifts and weekends. Pay and benefits: • $60,000 up to $70,000/ Annually • Weekly Pay • Daily OT • Medical, dental, and Vision Insurance • 401K + Match • Paid time off Requirements: • Must have a strong work ethic & be willing to learn • Must be able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, knees to install insulation • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Insulation Installers will be tasked with a variety of duties including but not limited to: • Loading/unloading materials • Cutting insulation materials to the size required • Complete all job functions following proper safety requirements • Perform general warehouse duties as needed • Attaching insulation materials by stapling, gluing, wiring, or nailing • Load & unload trucks prior to the install team arriving • Lift 50 lbs., including rolls of insulation • Operating equipment that injects loose-fill/blown-in insulation • Able to climb up and down a ladder, scaffolding, and work within the framing of the building • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with a team • Being bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) is a huge plus! Schedule: Shifts start at 6 AM and end when the job is completed, overtime is required. Monday through Saturday. Apply below !
