Compensation Package Competitive compensation is performance based at $15 - $37 per hour with additional compensation for top performers. Qualifications We provide the training. Knowledge and experience with concrete and construction is helpful but not necessary. Must be self-motivated, dependable, organized, responsible, and presentable. Applicant must be capable of performing physically demanding work. Valid Driver license and dependable transportation required.
