Awesome Rehearsal Studio Room looking for a band or singer songwriter to share with. This is a rehearsal room in an industrial building with other rehearsal/lockout studios. This is my room, it's super clean and professionally ran. I do film lighting and used to be a music producer for a living so the lighting and sound are really nice. Looking for someone who wants to use it for about a couple times a week or less. You'll get a key and access to the calendar. You don't need to come the same time every week. Note, I'm NOT looking for a Music Producer. This is just a regular rehearsal studio. This room already has a good drum kit and PA in it free for you to use. $250 per month.
