Job description A lovely family who take great care of their team are looking for an excellent long term live-in housekeeper in the Hamptons. Hours: 40-45 hour week during the off season and flexibility with hours, days could vary according to family weekend visits. Hours increase over the summer: 50 - 55 hour week, weekend work and 2 days off in the week Salary: $35-40 per hour Start Date: Late May/Early June The House: 12,000 sq ft, 8 beds, 12 full baths, 4 half baths Accommodation: Self contained spacious and light basement apartment with windows, bedroom, and bathroom. The family are open to a partner living there too. The Staff: Weekly cleaning company, plus help from the family’s NJ housekeeper in season Candidates MUST: Carry valid driver’s license and happy to drive as part of the role where necessary Have knowledge of basic cooking with attention to food allergies (nuts) Not be allergic to dogs and happy to walk them Have strong command of English language with good communication skills, both written and verbal Supply excellent references required from both current and previous employers Be vaccinated or happy to be vaccinated against Covid-19 Expected start date: May or beginning of June Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Live-In
