Property Maintenance and Remodel Company in Seattle looking to hire full-time employees for apartment maintenance and unit remodels/turn-overs. We have buildings all over Seattle so you must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Our ideal candidate will be ready to work 40 hours a week and be used to rapid change of work. Position available: Laborer will maintain exterior of buildings including landscaping/junk and trash removal, purchases and deliveries, and demo and remodel prep/assistance.
