iPro Building Services - a regional janitorial company is looking to hire our next ROCKSTAR! Janitorial Night Supervisor: will work close with cleaning technicians assuring the quality of work is being held to client's satisfaction and iPro's quality of services. As a supervisor, you are responsible for communicating with employees and other departments on a regular basis. At iPro we take pride in our quality of service and expect the same from our all our managers, supervisors, and employees. Responsibilities: Effectively and cost efficiently execute the cleaning plan for each of our buildings, including how the team will handle absenteeism. Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with the Support team. Perform site inspections. Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers and team members. Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, discipline, and motivate your production staff. Manage staffing levels, work schedules, cleaning plan, time and attendance records, and labor budget. Complete other cleaning and organizing duties as assigned by the Area Manager. Qualifications: At least 2 year (we'd love more!) of management experience At least 2-3 year (we'd love more!) of janitorial experience Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and occasional weekends (as needed). Ability to think on feet, solve problems and make adjustments. Ability to teach, coach, motivate and develop people. Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time. Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and e-Verify. Days & Times: Monday to Friday 5 PM to 1:30 AM Hours: 40 hrs. Valid driver's license required.
