Help organize a birthday party for an adult on Sat, April 30. It will be an "open-house" get-together on the backyard of our house. The idea is to have people come in and out between 3 and 9pm. ~30 guests are invited, expecting 10-20 to be there at one time.
We'd like someone to help find, order snackable food (e.g. sushi, canapés, mini-burgers), help serve it and then clean up after the party or next day. Also possibly help finding a few furniture pieces like tall tables and other decor. You don't need to be at the event all day.
