Relocated to the Beebe/Searcy area to be closer to my job and family and have not been able to find a small apartment or house to lease. My kids are grown and I have no pets. I am extremely clean and organized and have excellent rental references from the house I rented for seven years prior to relocating. I am employed full time and always pay my rent and utilities on time. Please let me know if you have anything and I’m ok with a house or apartment that needs a little TLC and renovations. I have family in the construction, cabinet and painting career field that would gladly help me out.
