Gardener for 1.5 acre Wellesley home

We are looking for a gardener for our 100 year old English style home who has a green thumb to plant and repair lawns, fill flower beds with blooming flowers, power wash stone paths and walls. You will bring our lawns and flower beds up to professional standard and maintain them. We have a standard landscape service that simply mows the lawns, and blows away leaves but is clueless about creating and tending a garden. We also have irrigation systems in place. Instead we want a experienced gardener who loves creating and tending a garden The photos give some idea of the condition of the garden after the winter as we enter spring.
