The Company Carabetta Companies, an established Central Connecticut firm with a sixty+ year success rate as an Owner-Manager-Developer of real estate, is seeking a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join their team as a Yardi Program Analyst (YPA) in their Meriden, CT office. The Yardi Program Analyst (YPA) works with and reports directly to the CEO. The YPA will collaborate with management, property management, IT and outside consultants, as well as perform a wide range of activities related to comprehensive support, training and administration of the Yardi System application and modules. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Yardi System Voyager7s platforms – Residential, Affordable, RENT Café, etc. Property Management, Affordable Housing and Accounting experience preferred Experience with SQL querying, report and package writing preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Demonstrated ability to work independently, think critically and communicate effectively in a team environment Articulate and organized with proficient written and public speaking skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Responsibilities Provide day-to-day software Tier 1 support and training for end users. Provide timely responses in a professional, customer service-oriented manner that resolves core issues as efficiently as possible. Work closely with leadership to understand end-user needs for current and new applications, coordinate the design and deployment of new modules, enhancements and reporting requirements. Ability and maturity to liaise with management. Meet with management, vendors, and the IT team to process improvements and update documentation. Collaborate in the planning, design, and development of operational reporting. Evaluate current property management software and associated vendor capabilities, keep current on Yardi modules, feature updates and system changes, and make recommendations for change. Assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations,and maintenance through validation and testing of proposed resolutions andreleases. Complete tasks, meeting budget, time-frame, and qualityrequirements. Other responsibilities as assigned.
