Seeking event help for small music event on tomorrow, Saturday 4/16/22 from 2PM to 5PM.
20 Audience Members expected.
This should be a fun, small event. The work is light, but an extra person is needed to help everything run smoothly.
What we need:
1) Arrive promptly at 2PM.
2) Be pleasant, polite, and clean.
Dress neatly with a top covering at least the shoulders and bottoms covering at least the knees. Solid colors or business casual preferred. Neat jeans okay too. No strong colognes/perfumes, no smell of marijuana or alcohol, please.
3) Diverse crowd expected - Be welcoming to all.
4) Help set up the small space for guests. Chairs are already set up.
6) Open venue door (if needed) and greet guests. Remind guests to silence phones and not to record as they arrive.
7) Small tasks may come up during performance, but this is rare.
8) Leave at 5PM
Should be lots of fun, and there will be refreshments, too!
Location is about a 5 minute drive to Temple University.
