Prism Real Estate Services, LLC (PRES) is looking for professional and experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our ever growing Multi-Family team! Maintenance Technicians are the backbones of all our properties, as they are the first line of defense when there's an issue with any of the facilities on the premises. From painting and landscaping, to HVAC and electrical work, Maintenance Technicians have a chance to do it all! Some of your duties as a Maintenance Technician will include, but not be limited to: • Regular maintenance of the building, including exterior, interior, and common areas • Keeping grounds, garbage container areas, hallways, garages, etc. in a neat and orderly manner • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other preventative maintenance tasks as needed • Completion of service tickets/work orders in accordance with PRES standards • Unit make readies • General upkeep of the interior and exterior of the community • Exceptional customer service • Rotating on-call schedule Our ideal candidate: • Is HVAC Certified; Type I, II or EPA Universal (not required) • Is experienced with 1+ years in the Multi-Family industry • Is able to work both autonomously and as a member of a team • Has a valid Driver’s License PRES offers competitive compensation and benefits to all full-time team members.
