We are looking to hire an experienced flooring installer for a job in Centennial Hills. The project is a single story, 3 bedroom home, 1608sqft. You have to remove old carpet & padding in 3 bedrooms and a walk-in closet, install new tack strips as needed and remove baseboards throughout the house. New, 7" Vinyl planks will be installed throughout the rest of the house on top of existing flooring. You will have to move the washer and gas dryer, remove & re-install two toilet seats and move a gas stove top. Install new 4" baseboard throughout. Easy access to the house and furniture will be removed prior to starting. 4 Carpeted Rooms - 15' x 15', 12' x 12', 10' x 13'7", 9'5" x 8'8" (approx). You must have a minimum of 5 years full-time work experience with flooring, have pictures of your work and referrals for jobs you've completed in the last 3 months. If you do drugs, drink alcohol and/or can't be punctual and meet deadlines, this is NOT the job for you. We are real estate investors, so your bid needs to be very competitive. All flooring materials are scheduled to arrive on 28 April, so you will need to pick them up and be ready to work around 28th April/1 May.
