Small excavation company looking for an operator for inconsistent work. The ideal candidate is some one who is careful, has experince operating machines, and is available at random times. (Maybe a retired operator?) 2a1c or ability to renew is required, will pay for the right person to do it Dot medical card is also necessary to get 2a1c Excavation is not my only job, so as i build a customer base i am unable to drop what i am doing everytime something needs to be done. I own brand new caterpillar equipment consisting of a fairly small exavator and a mid size compact track loader. Both pieces of equipment have enclosed pressurized cabs with heat and ac.
