We are seeking a experienced prep cook / food truck operator. Starting out Temp to hire. 30 day probation period as an independent contractor. Duties will include: Culinary skills / experience Customer service skills Baking, cooking, prepping Must have driver’s license & be able to drive catering van for drop offs and pick up product Flexible with schedule Great communication skills, take feedback Work on food truck Cleaning, stocking, ordering All knowledge of health / food service practices Pay will be negotiated based on experience & bonuses will be available based on performance.
