This will be on-site at Essity, our customer location in Neenah. This is a full-time position with a rolling 4 days on 4 days. Hours will be 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Some flexibility to fill in for co-workers when needs arise. Pay is $17 per hour. Our mission is to build a great place to work. How can you be successful in this role? • Assign trailers to Pre-Loads keeping spotter drivers with a constant flow of assignments. • Assign and process Live Load carriers to loading dock door #1. • Monitor e-mail traffic mediating load issues. - Delays may cause load issues affecting the client and/or carrier revenue. • Greet and provide clear inspection, trailer disposition, load obtainment, and shipment process directions to drivers. Always, even in the face of adversity, remain courteous, friendly, and respectful to all persons. • Perform trailer inspections per established procedures. • Complete and maintain various logs, documents, and forms with real-time data, clarity, and unwavering accuracy. • Verify and process exiting loads per established procedures. • Track and account for all trailers in the drop yard operation. • Verify load documents in the file cabinet matches the TMS database. • Assure daily shipped loads have been properly processed from the TMS; ensure all are double-checked prior to midnight daily. • Keep work areas neat, clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
