Production Assistant Manager POSITION SUMMARY The Production Field Supervisor supervises the production teams out in the field. This position is under the FLSA and reports to the Production Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Field Supervisor Inspects job sites and production crews. Ensures all aspects of installations are performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. Ensures the production team provides a remarkable experience to customers. Communicates with customers in a timely manner to overcome obstacles/problems on jobs and reach an acceptable solution. As necessary, escalates customer issues to the team to find a timely solution. Warehouse Technician Ensures production crew materials are palletized for them in a timely manner. Maintain warehouse (and office) lights, doors, crates (used for content storage) and fire extinguishers ensuring functionality and organizing 3rd party repairs with the Health and Safety Call for dumpster removal and replacement at warehouse when full Order, maintain, organize, and issue inventory of approved supplies and company equipment Provide excellent customer service POSITION REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of construction or related trades and construction management. Skill in operating a personal computer, cell phone, programs, and apps. Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on screen roughly 50% of the time. Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English. Ability to understand and converse in Spanish is a plus. Skill in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills. Skill in and ability to operate equipment and/or power tools preferred. Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb. Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces. Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred and 2+ years of experience as a foreman/manager in the construction trades OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
