Job Description 1- Performs grounds maintenance functions (pulling weeds, raking leaves, sweeping sidewalks, and cleaning debris) 2- Clears ditches, digs holes, waters vegetation, cleans canals, drains, and tree wells 3- Operates light landscape equipment; maintains tools and equipment to ensure safety 4- Complies with all company policies and safety procedures; works effectively in a group; take direction from Foreman and follows instructions; communicates effectively with Foreman and co-workers Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: One (1) year of professional landscape and grounds management experience (Preferred) Pay and Benefits: Starting $15.50 per hour (depends on experience) 401 (k) Health Insurance Profit Sharing Program Employee Anniversaries Program Grow with us!
