Growing audio/video integration firm is seeking long term, reliable installers with a key focus on customer satisfaction. We have projects all over the central coast and typically work with a two-man team on each of them. Our main office is in Los Osos, where you will learn how our systems are put together and programmed. Systems will include the following: Custom Audio/Video, Low Voltage Infrastructure, Data Networking, Lighting Control, Motorized Shading, Access Control, CCTV Surveillance & Home Automation. As a successful installer/technician, you’ll be required to possess a valid driver’s license with clean DMV, work on ladders and lifts, perform overhead work with hand/power tools as necessary, lift items that can weigh up to 70 lbs. and work in tight areas/crawl spaces or attics. We are looking for installers with hands on experience in low voltage residential system projects but have available positions for entry level skill sets as well. Familiarity with local building codes and OSHA safety standards as well as any construction or technical experience is a plus. We are looking for smart people that can think on their feet. We offer industry specific technical training for the right candidates, as new technologies become available, we do our best to stay ahead of the curve. There is on the job and classroom training provided, we will get you up to speed in no time!
