Part-time Worker needed for ongoing apartment maintenance and for renovating apartments when needed. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience with Carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, painting, basic understanding of common technology and varied experience in building maintenance. Need to have well rounded experience and knowledge in all areas of building and maintenance.
Looking for someone who is dependable and can work 24 to 32 hours on 3 to 4 days - Monday thru Friday and share periodic on call shifts on the weekend. Great working environment and conditions. Non smoking environment. Must enjoy working with and around seniors.
Working hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, but Indeed does not let me list it that way.
Must be willing to submit for a background check and do a drug test.
