All Star Labor and Staffing is searching for a Temp to Hire Porter/Janitor 8am-5pm Mon-Fri for a client in N. Portland Metro area. The right candidate will have their own vehicle, some cleaning and/or janitorial experience, and the willingness and desire to show up for scheduled shifts in proper uniform ready to go! The pay is $16-$19hr depending on previous experience. You must be able to stand for most of the 8hr shift and walk without any issues or limitations. Pleasant disposition as you will come into contact with the general public and current residents of the townhomes. The candidate will provide janitorial services in the common areas to include: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sweeping, stainless steel polishing, cleaning restrooms, cleaning garbage/recycling areas, washing windows, leaf blowing, hosing down concrete areas, cleaning stairwells, litter patrol, light bulb changes and other tasks as needed Attention to detail Must possess good verbal and written communication skills Candidate will be interviewed by client prior to being placed on this assignment.
