Do you have experience driving a 16' box truck or similar? Have you experience loading trucks, moving furniture, and household items? Do you like to keep things out of the landfill? Find joy in donating cool stuff to non-profits? Have great People Skills and work well in a team? Annie Haul is a local hauling company, servicing the the Portland Metro area for over 20 years. We remove unwanted items from homes, offices and businesses- we sort these items for donation, recycling, so the landfill is our last stop. We are the Original Green Haulers (Haulers with a Conscience) We are looking for drivers and assistants. Both positions work in teams to safely load and unload items from job sites. Both positions require excellent customer service skills, quick thinking, effecient execution of job duties, ability to take direction and maintain safe operation procedures. This job is physical, and fun. Must be able to lift and move furnishing with the help of a team member, and use proper moving techniques and equipment. ( Training is provided) Part- time. approximately 25 hours a week, varies, more during spring and summer months. Currently days are Tues-Friday, but may change a little during busy months. Pay is $20-24 per hour after short training period, plus generous gratuities and regular bonuses. Paid every Friday.
