We will train the right person to skillfully install new window coverings and remove/reset existing window coverings in homes and businesses. Must be able to work with arms overhead at times, climb ladders, and safely and efficiently operate a cordless drill. Must have reasonable arm and hand strength (safely lift up to 60 lbs), be fairly dexterous and agile, with clean driving and criminal records. Able to follow basic instructions and be presentable in appearance and attitude. You will be representing our company in the homes of our customers. Related construction experience is a plus. Adequate clear English required. The new employee will also be taught to repair window coverings, and to be able to sell them and flooring in our retail showroom. Looking for a long-term employee to learn the trade and later to replace our retiring Window Covering Specialist/Dept. Manager of 24 years.
