Invest in Cenova and Cenova will invest in you. The Landscape Foreperson is responsible for leading a team of crew technicians. Responsible for completing landscape jobs in an efficient manner, maintaining landscape grounds, promoting job worksite safety and exhibits pride and quality workmanship. Interacts with the supervisor to follow project instructions, learn and execute proper landscaping techniques and utilize equipment, power tools and hand tools to carry out landscape maintenance and snow operations. Requirements: • 1 + years minimum previous commercial Landscape experience. • Bi-lingual Spanish (preferred). Clear and concise communication skills. • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate company vehicles. • Highly motivated, self-driven and detail oriented. • Punctual and dependable with a can-do attitude. • Knowledge and experience with landscape and maintenance equipment, tasks, and applications. • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. • Must be professional in appearance and actions. • Available for seasonal long hours and occasional weekends as needed. • Ability to work effectively as a team with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels. • Able and willing to ask questions and seek guidance as needed. • Eagerness to learn new job-related skills, continued education, and training. • Must adhere to and enforce all company policies, processes, and Best Practices. • Ability to train and teach crew technicians tasks of landscape maintenance. Compensation: • $ 18.00- $22.00 per hour plus overtime (Based on experience level)
