IN SEARCH OF INDEPENDENT FAMILY OWNED FARMERS/RANCHERS  We are a family in need of land. We have no debt and wish to keep it that way. We've tried to buy 1+ acres of undeveloped wooded land for 2 years but failed because agencies want buyers to have loans (debt) vs cash. We have a 5 year plan. Our goal is to use the land to develop an independent, self sustainable life. We're hoping to reach out to independent farmers/ranchers that may have an acre of land they'd be willing to sell us. Perhaps even develop a friendship where we could help each other stand vs fall.
