The Game Crafter of Madison, Wisconsin is currently hiring Entry Level Machine Operators to join our growing company! We are seeking reliable, friendly, hard working individuals who have attention to detail and are goal oriented. Why is the Game Crafter a great place to work, you ask? -You never have to handle a customer complaint, or come in contact with the general public -You will work within a climate controlled environment. -Flexible schedules that YOU have a say in. -COVID vaccination is mandatory to ensure the safety of all employees -We will train you on several stations giving you variety in your daily tasks. -Our starting wage is $14.25 per hour for full time employees, with a $2.00 increase for any weekend shifts worked. -After 90 days, all full time employees receive 40 hours PTO with an 8 hour increase, annually. That is 88 hours of PTO within your first year of employment! -After 90 days, all employees receive $10 per month in Game Crafter Credit -Company BBQ’s and get togethers, and much more! Responsibilities and Qualifications: Experience operating light machinery Experience with basic trouble shooting of machinery Detail oriented Ability to perform good manual dexterity Ability to perform basic computer and math skills Able to lift and carry 40 pounds Committed to quality, safety and communication Team-orientated and self-directed Advanced skills (not required) : Experience using Mac computers and systems Experience working in a print shop or warehouse We are looking to fill positions from 7am-3pm Monday through Sunday.
