Need Help Please

I’m stuck on the side of the 15 freeway going N right before Main St in Lake Elsinore with a flat tire and I have no spare. Can anyone help me please I also don’t have any funds available either. I need help to purchase a used tire down the street runs about $10-$30 and also need help putting it on. I can pay you back in a couple of weeks. -Danielle
