CMR Outdoor Living is a well-known, respected family owned and operated company, providing design/build outdoor living features to enhance residential/commercial properties.  We specialize in Premium Composite Decks, Maintenance Free Pergolas and Patio Covers as well as Sunrooms and Screen Rooms. We travel all over the tri-state area. We are looking for a person who is self-motivated and willing to work outdoors. Previous construction experience is a plus. This person will assist in building structures for residential sites as well as participate in demolitions.  Will assist the Crew Leader on the job site and learn skills of the trade as well as Local Building Codes. Candidate will arrive at our shop on a daily basis and will ride in the company provided truck to the site each day. All tools are provided for your use. Aflac Supplemental Benefits are provided and vacation after 1 year of service. QUALIFICATIONS: - Safety Focused and exhibits quality craftsmanship - Construction knowledge of how to install decks by Code, is a plus - Good communication skills  - Positive Attitude with a willingness to learn REQUIREMENTS: - Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to/from work - Must have a smart phone with texting and GPS capabilities - Be able to lift 50+ pounds PAY DETAILS: - This is an Hourly Position - Pay rate is $15 - $20 / hour, dependent on experience BENEFITS: Aflac Supplemental Insurance Vacation and Sick Time Paid Holidays and Long Weekends off Bonus Opportunities Available Learning and Career Growth Opportunities Send resume to [email protected] or call Becky at 513.601.1789 to schedule an interview.
