24/7 Chicago Locksmith is looking for a hard-working and dependable associate. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our locksmith services and recommend solutions when needed. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that all customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability. No experience is required, our training program will allow you the opportunity to learn all of the techniques and best procedures we use to ensure your success in this field. Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers Provide accurate information locksmiths services (e.g. product features and pricing ) Provide locksmith services such as duplicating keys, programming car keys, rekeying locks, lock repairs, servicing safes etc. Assist with ordering of materials Assist with Inventory Ensure materials are fully stocked Assist mobile locksmith technicians JOB REQUIREMENTS: Good mechanical skills Maintain professional demeanor Ability to receive direction and demonstrate initiative Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Strong customer service skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Benefits include: Health insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Locksmith training
