Immediate openings for residential and commercial construction company within San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange Counties. AVAILABLE POSITIONS: • CONSTRUCTION FIELD SUPERVISOR • DRY WALLER • PAINTER Applicant and Responsibilities include the following: • Must have strong working knowledge of residential construction • Must have knowledge in areas you are applying for in drywall, texture, and paint should have experience in doing major critical home repairs. • Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, clients and subcontractors • Must have own hand tools • Must have reliable transportation; Job location varies within Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles counties • Field Supervisors must have the ability to monitor construction projects by scheduling instructions for carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete, painting, and related trades; conducting inspections and approving work. Responsible to organize work crews • Field Supervisors must ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with adherence to high standards of quality construction, Quality Control and Project Walk Through. Ensure that materials and tools are available for each worksite • English speaking is required and Spanish is a plus • A minimum of 3 years experience in construction • Possible drug test • Compensation is based on experience.
