Not fixed. I bought him at 9 weeks old. I received his registration paperwork but never registered him and have lost the paperwork. He has one brown eye and one blue eye. He has been a inside dog his whole life, is afraid of thunderstorms, great with people, kids and other dogs but is super hyper. I don't want to re-home him but have no choice. Rehoming fee applies.
