Service Technicians: 1 year service experience or 3 years install experience; must be self-motivated, good with customer service, great with problem solving, and knowledge of basic principles of how irrigation works. Driver’s license required. Laborers: No experience needed; work consists of being on an install crew (work well with others), must be able to dig small holes, lift 30 pounds, and can withstand outdoor working conditions.
