I am a Heather Care Manager. I care for your elderly loved ones in their homes who have decided to age in place but need assistance. I provide assistance with but certainly not limited to amputee transfer, dementia/alzheimer care, medication management assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, excersizes, etc), scheduling/management/transportation of all Dr/diagnostic visits, home management( grocery shopping, meal prep, light house keeping, etc.) I've even been known to do minor household repairs. I am a CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant). I have 39 years experience of patient care in all areas of medicine including Urgent Care. References upon request.
