We are needing a reliable maintenance technician for a large apartment complex located in NW OKC. The Apartment Maintenance Technician, maintains the physical condition and appearance of the community. This position is accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests, and making repairs in order to maintain the material and aesthetic condition of the community. The Apartment Maintenance Technician works in accordance with operating and safety standards, ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, safe, and timely manner. Duties include but not limited to: · Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair · Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures · Maintaining the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly · Turning apartments for new resident's to move in · Completing work order requests from residents · Tending to the property pool, testing chemicals, vacuuming, ect. · Painting/scraping the building when old paint has become faded or chipped Pay: TBD Please email your resume to [email protected]
