Description
We need to have a section of sewage line in our basement replaced.
Estimated size/length is roughly 14-16 +/- feet. of sewage line.
Our line clogged ( and pretty confident it collapsed ) old home.
I have already tried to identify exactly where the sewage pipe is located under the basement floor, and have marked the floor with Painters Tape on the areas the Pipe Detector, detected under the floor.
We are looking to for price quote for the entire job
Which consists of
-- Dig up sewer line, up to the collapsed area/blocked area and replace the pipes.
-- Once pipe replaced, backfill the new sewer line drain pipe, and cement over to basement floor to a level condition to the rest of the floor.
-- All excess debris/dirt/cement must removed/ taken away and discarded off site.
Existing floor tiles will be replaced in the areas the floor in dug up and reinstalled by homeowner.
There is a 2nd project that we want to have performed, at a later time in the very near future,
-- Install Backflow Valve in sewage line in the basement in another area of the basement.
That project can be viewed/quoted, after the 1st project is completed.
