More details below: What are the characteristics of a good Housekeeper? • excellent attention to detail and be able to follow through on all of their tasks. • They should be friendly and professional with the ability to recognize the personal boundaries of working in someone’s living space and respecting their privacy. • Find it satisfying to create a clean and welcoming environment for their guests. What are the daily duties of a Housekeeper? • On a typical day, a Housekeeper can visit several of our properties to do individual cleanings between guests. • They organize their cleaning supplies and pre-stock the supplies they need for their properties. • They pick up linens and towels from the home office, then let themselves into a client home and begin cleaning. • Housekeepers as part of a team. • At the end of their assignment, Housekeepers collect any trash and cleaning materials then lock up before they leave. Who does a Housekeeper report to? • Housekeepers report directly to the Lead Housekeeper that organizes the other Housekeepers on staff and directs the workflow • The Operations Manager creates the schedule and manages the overall workflow and linen orders
