Extremely Busy Real estate investors who buys, remodels and flips houses thru out Florida. Seeking a Hvac qualified tech to handle all of our repairs and replacements in all of Orlando and surrounding areas. Must be able to buy equipment from local supply house and install also pull permits if able on jobs we need permits. Most Of the remodels we dont. We do not I repeat we do not pay retail for services. We are not the general public and We have enough jobs to keep you busy full time. We already have Hvac installers but they are not able to handle the load of work so we are looking for more. Most of the replacements are with Goodman or comparable brands.
