You will have these 3 out of 4 things: • 2 years experience • Good Background Check • Valid Drivers License • High School Diploma or GED Job description: Drive the truck and trailer. Make sure all accounts on your route are up to standards of senior leaders and customers. Watching over 1-2 team members under you (will have more under you as company grows). Being involved in the growth and profits of your route (management will be closely involved and provide any resources needed to accomplish goals). Communication with management about the needs of you/your helper/the rig and route, client requests/complaints, and any damages that need to be addressed. Other duties as assigned.
