Creative activities for LGBTQ+ kids ages 6-9 in-person at SMYAL Welcome to our new Tuesday session! These sessions will focus on our younger audience (suggested ages 6-9). Each session might incorporate arts, crafts, songs, games, and unstructured play time in an affirming environment. Sessions will take place the 3rd Tuesday of every month, in person at SMYAL's office. Registration is required. Sessions will be capped at 10 youth to allow for COVID safe practicesMasks are required, for everyone vaccinated and unvaccinatedAs weather permits, we will use SMYAL's outside back patio for increased ventilationAll visitors must enter SMYAL from the left front door, sign in on the iPad, and answer COVID-related questions before proceeding to the programming space (SMYAL's Full COVID Guidelines)Upcoming Dates: April 19thMay 17thJune 21stLittle SMYALs is a group dedicated to providing a safe(r) space for young people in the DC area and beyond who identify as LGBTQ or gender nonconforming, and those who are exploring or questioning their identities. ----- If it is your first time registering for Little SMYALs, we also ask that you submit our LITTLE SMYALS YOUTH INTAKE FORM.
