I have a small dog I bought about 7 months ago and he is the absolute sweetest but the minute the door is open he runs outside to harass who ever may be walking by at the time. His name is Casper and he very much so is still a puppy. It's absolutely heartbreaking having to re-home him but I don't have the time or energy to train him as it's been an ongoing process with little to show. I'm asking a small rehoming fee of $100. He has his rabies shot (we just took him yesterday) I'm not sure on his other shots as the owners before me didn't really tell me much.
