Taverna is proud to be hosting the couple behind Mad Violets Wine Co - Join us for an evening of wine pairings and off menu specialties! We are thrilled to welcome Kelly Kidneigh & Sterling Fox of Mad Violets Wine Company to Taverna for a special Chef's choice wine pairing dinner on Friday April 22nd. There will be 4 courses of chef specialties paired with 6 wines for $155.00 per person, tax and gratuity included. Kelly Kidneigh and Sterling Fox fell in love with Oregon wine and each other while working together on their journeys in farming and crafting small batch wines of beautiful varietals and character. Along the way, Mad Violets Wine Company was born in 2008 right after they purchased the Buttonfield Estate in the Chehalem Mountains. They make 1,000 cases of wine annually comprising of four local varietals including Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling.
