Guided tour by history writer Warner Blake of the GAR Cemetery visiting the graves of Snohomish City's founders.
Many of the names of early Snohomish are found here and most of them were moved from Snohomish's first cemetery that was divided by Second Street when it was extended to reach State Route #2 in the 1940s.
Tour is limited to 12 people and the uneven ground requires careful walking. Park down the drive near the cartaker's shed. The tour will begin at the Pilchuck Julia monument close to the parking area. Allow two hours. Offered rain or shine.
