Qualifications Mechanic Experience: 1 year (Required) Full Job Description Currently accepting applications for Bicycle Mechanics. We are looking for candidates that are skilled in bicycle mechanics and dedicated to completing assignments and projects to meet the high standards of quality. Primary job duties include but are not limited to: Bike Builds Chain Sizing/installing Basic adjustments (brakes, gears, bearings, wheel true) Flat fix (not tubular or tubeless) Performing basic Tune-Ups Accessory & Components Installation Spoke Install & Wheel True Complete all scheduled work orders in timely fashion Complete a training program which involves in-store training Maintain an organized, clean work area Complete other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and Owner Learn, understand and adhere to company policy, programs and standards Secondary job duties include: Assist in the daily operations of the shop. As a technician, you will coordinate with the general manager to determine your schedule based on the needs of repairs. The ideal candidate: Has at least 1 year of mechanical or tech experience working on bicycles Is neat and organized, and is respectful of a shared work space Is capable of safely lifting and carrying 50lbs on a regular basis Is able to manage their time effectively and work under pressure Is intrinsically motivated, able to work both independently and as a member of a team, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
